Pros: As a Recruitment Consultant in the London office, you can make decent money if you hit your targets. The team's pretty supportive, especially when you're new to the recruitment industry. Plus, the hybrid work arrangement helps a bit.
Cons: Work-life balance here isn't great, though. You're expected to be 'on' all the time, which often means 10-12 hour days, and it's tough to switch off. The sales environment makes it hard to leave on time.
