We fly a wide range of drones able to solve a wide range of problems. Our delivery drones can carry up to 200kg up to 400km, while our inspection & surveillance drones carry a wide range of sensors including: photogrammetry, thermal, LiDAR, speakers and emissions monitoring.
Pros: My direct manager was really solid and supportive, which made a big difference day-to-day. We got to work on genuinely cool projects in urban air mobility and drone delivery, making it exciting as an Operations Specialist.
Cons: The top-level leadership sometimes struggles with clear communication, especially for a fast-paced startup like this. It felt like strategy changed a lot without much explanation, which can be tough on the team.
Advice to Management: Work on consistent communication from senior leadership and clearly define the strategic roadmap. It would really help reduce uncertainty for teams, especially in our fast-growing aviation tech sector.
