Pros: I really liked the fully remote work arrangement; it's great for work-life balance as a Technical Writer. My immediate team was super collaborative and helpful, which made daily tasks much easier.
Cons: The overall company culture feels a bit lacking. It's hard to feel connected to the bigger picture when you're a fully remote team and there aren't many virtual social events. Also, communication from leadership about company direction could be better for us in the technical documentation industry.
Advice to Management: Invest more in virtual team-building activities to foster connection for the fully remote workforce. Improve transparent communication regarding company vision and strategy, especially for employees in the technical documentation industry.
