Pros: The pay is definitely competitive for the consulting industry. You get to work on diverse projects which is great for a Junior Consultant. The Singapore office has a good central location.
Cons: Work-life balance here isn't great, especially with client deadlines. It's common to work late, sometimes 60+ hour weeks for project delivery. There's not much flexibility for remote work either.
Advice to Management: Try to better manage project loads and client expectations to avoid burnout. More flexible work arrangements would help a lot.
