Pros: For a Change Management Consultant, the teams are usually pretty supportive. There's a decent focus on getting work done collaboratively, especially with clients in the consulting industry. The hybrid work setup is also a big plus for flexibility.
Cons: The company culture feels a bit less cohesive now. It's tough to build connections with everyone, especially with a mostly hybrid schedule. Sometimes the emphasis on billable hours overshadows employee well-being in this corporate environment.
Advice to Management: Really focus on rebuilding a strong, consistent company culture. With more hybrid work, it's easy for people to feel disconnected. Invest more in team-building that's not just project-focused for all consultants.
