Decent Flexibility for a Logistics Tech Company

Honestly, Boon Software is okay. It's not a big tech giant with unlimited perks, but it's a solid place to work, especially if you're in the supply chain software space. Work flexibility is a mixed bag, it really depends on your direct manager.

Pros

I've found some decent hybrid work options here, usually 2-3 days in the Singapore office. For a Software Engineer, having that WFH option makes a big difference. They're generally fine with adjusting your start time a bit if needed.

Cons

The work flexibility can feel inconsistent across teams. Some are way more rigid about office hours, which makes sense for client-facing logistics tech roles, but not so much for development. There's no clear company-wide flex time policy.

Advice to Management

Formalize hybrid work and flex time policies across all departments. It would really help improve morale and consistency for technical roles, especially for those working on our core ERP systems.
