Decent place, but culture has its ups and downs.
Pros: The people are genuinely great here. My fellow Associate Consultants and project teams in the Boston, MA office were always supportive. It's a solid mid-sized consulting firm for learning the ropes, especially with the hybrid work model.
Cons: Upper management can feel pretty disconnected from daily client engagements. While they talk about company culture, the pressure for billable hours often leads to long weeks. Work-life balance here isn't always great, which kind of goes against the 'team-first' vibe.
Advice to Management: Really listen to the project teams. The culture from the bottom up is good, but leadership needs to actively support better work-life balance to match their values. Don't just talk about culture, live it.

Good Starting Point, Growth Stalls Later
Pros: As an Associate Consultant, I learned a ton right out of college. You get exposed to many different clients in the fast-paced consulting industry. This mid-sized firm really helps build foundational skills early on.
Cons: After the first year, career growth really slows down here. There isn't a clear path for promotion past senior consultant roles. It's tough to find good mentorship to get to the next level in the San Francisco office.
Advice to Management: Create more defined and transparent career paths for employees beyond the initial consultant levels. Invest in formal mentorship programs to help develop future leaders, especially for those in the San Francisco office looking to advance.

Leadership is kinda hit or miss here
Pros: You get solid exposure to different digital transformation projects, which is great for building your resume in IT consulting. The other junior consultants in the Dallas, TX office are super supportive, and the hybrid work arrangement offers some flexibility.
Cons: Leadership feels pretty disconnected from our day-to-day work, especially for junior consultant roles. There's not much clear guidance on career progression, and feedback often feels generic. It's tough to get managers to really support new ideas.
Advice to Management: Get more involved with the project teams and offer clearer mentorship for junior staff. Improve communication from the top down.
