Pros: My colleagues are genuinely great people, very supportive in the Halifax office. It's cool to work in medical software development, knowing your code helps people.
Cons: Honestly, there's not much company culture here. Management doesn't really put effort into team events or social stuff. As a Software Developer, it can feel pretty isolated, especially with our hybrid model.
Advice to Management: Invest in team-building activities. Even small social gatherings could really boost morale and create a better sense of community among staff. Focus on building that company culture for both onsite and remote employees.
