Pros: Working here as a Procurement Specialist, I've really appreciated the collaborative team environment. You get to learn a lot, especially being involved in global supply chain operations which is fantastic for career development. There's a good sense of stability, and the company culture encourages support among colleagues. It's a solid place if you're looking to build your experience in procurement for an established company.
Cons: One area that could see improvement is the speed of internal approval processes; sometimes things move a bit slower than ideal. Also, during peak times, the workload can be quite heavy, impacting work-life balance occasionally. It's not a deal-breaker, but it's something to be aware of if you're considering a role here.
Advice to Management: Continue focusing on streamlined processes for quicker decisions, especially for global projects, and try to manage peak workloads to prevent burnout.

Pros: I liked the option for hybrid work. Coming into the Chicago office two days a week for my Procurement Specialist role was manageable. The benefits package for a global company was also pretty solid.
Cons: True remote options are really limited, which is tough for some supply chain roles. There isn't much flexibility beyond the set hybrid schedule. It feels like they could do more to support modern work styles in the procurement industry.
Advice to Management: Consider expanding remote work opportunities for roles that don't absolutely require in-office presence. More autonomy in the hybrid schedule would also really help boost morale and productivity.
