Pros: The hourly wage for Teabarista roles is decent, especially compared to some other places in the bubble tea industry in Singapore. You get your breaks, and sometimes free drinks, which is a nice perk for onsite work. They do pay on time, which isn't always a given in retail F&B.
Cons: Base salary isn't amazing, and there's not much room for salary growth unless you move into management. Benefits are pretty basic; don't expect a lot beyond the standard for a fast-growing chain. Healthcare options aren't great, and paid time off feels a bit stingy for the hours we put in.
Advice to Management: Look into improving the benefits package, especially healthcare and PTO. Better incentives for long-term Teabarista roles would also help with retention.
