Pros: It's a pretty stable big tech company in the healthcare industry, so that's good. They have solid benefits and the office in San Francisco, CA is nice. You do learn a lot as a Software Engineer.
Cons: Work flexibility isn't really a thing here for engineering roles. You're mostly onsite, which can be tough if you expect WFH options. It's a pretty traditional corporate setup, not ideal for modern tech work.
