Pros: As a Software Engineer, the work-life balance here is generally pretty decent. I could work remote from London, which was super helpful. Flexible hours definitely make a difference for managing personal stuff.
Cons: Sometimes project deadlines in our construction tech projects get really tight. That can mean some late nights, which isn't ideal for work-life balance. It's not constant, but it happens.
