Pros: Some senior managers are genuinely invested in their teams. They really try to support professional development, which is great for new Project Coordinators. The hybrid model for work is also a big plus.
Cons: There's a big disconnect between upper management and team leads. Decisions often feel top-down without much input, especially for client projects. It makes adapting to new strategies tough for those of us on the ground.
Advice to Management: Focus on better communication channels between different management levels. Get more input from Project Coordinators and other frontline staff on client projects. This would make the IT consulting work much smoother.
