Pros: As a Logistics Coordinator, my daily schedule was pretty steady. I usually clocked out right at 5 PM. The team in the Atlanta office helps out, so you don't feel swamped with last-minute freight issues.
Cons: Sometimes, especially during peak shipping season, it's tough to avoid longer hours. Weekend calls for urgent transportation problems can happen. Don't expect much flexibility; it's mostly an onsite role here. WFH isn't really an option for this position.
Advice to Management: Consider offering more flexibility or clearer overtime policies for busy periods to help with employee burnout. It would really help retain good people in the transportation industry.
