Good Remote Flexibility, But Fast-Paced
Pros: The remote work policy is a huge plus. As a Solutions Engineer, I've worked from Denver for two years, and it's amazing to skip the commute. You can largely set your own hours if your work gets done.
Cons: However, this B2B SaaS company often has a demanding pace. It's hard to keep those flexible hours when project deadlines hit. Expect some late meetings, especially with team members across different time zones.
Advice to Management: Try to be more mindful of meeting spread across time zones. Better workload distribution would help maintain work-life balance for remote teams.

Pay's alright, benefits are okay here
Pros: I'm a Demand Generation Manager, and the base pay was pretty competitive for a B2B SaaS company. Health insurance options are solid, and you get decent PTO. Being remote from Austin was a big plus, and they're flexible.
Cons: The 401k match isn't anything special, just average really. Equity grants are okay, but you don't really know what they're worth long-term. Don't expect huge bonuses unless you're in sales.

Decent Work-Life Balance for Remote SDRs
Pros: As a Sales Development Representative, I liked the flexibility. Working remote from Dallas, TX really helped manage personal stuff. The company trusts you to get your work done, which is good.
Cons: Sometimes it's tough to really shut off. Quarter-end pushes for SDR roles can mean really long days. It felt like the expectations could get a bit high sometimes.
Advice to Management: Maybe set clearer boundaries around after-hours communication. Support managers in helping their teams avoid burnout, especially during peak sales cycles in the competitive MarTech industry.
