Pros: Some of the branch managers are pretty solid. They genuinely care about their inside sales representatives. It's a stable company in the industrial distribution sector, which is a big plus for job security.
Cons: Upper management often feels out of touch with daily operations. Decisions come down that don't make sense for MRO solutions on the ground. There's just not enough clear communication on the long-term strategy.
Advice to Management: Listen more to the teams working directly with customers and delivering MRO solutions. Improve communication from corporate down to the branches. Make sure leaders understand the ground-level challenges before making big decisions.
