Pros: I've really enjoyed my time at Addison Group as a Recruiting Manager. The team culture is incredibly supportive, and there are tons of learning opportunities. It's a dynamic environment, which keeps things interesting, especially in the staffing industry. I've felt a lot of support from my leadership, which has helped me develop my skills in talent acquisition and client management significantly. You really get to grow here in a hybrid work setup.
Cons: Sometimes the workload can get pretty intense, especially during peak hiring seasons, which is typical for a staffing firm. While there's lots of external client focus, I think internal career paths for non-revenue roles could be clearer. It's a minor point, but something that could be improved for internal mobility and career progression.
Advice to Management: Continue to foster a supportive and collaborative environment, which is already a strong point. Consider formalizing internal career progression paths, especially for those not directly in revenue-generating roles, to enhance long-term employee retention and growth within the company.
