Pros: Klabin does offer some hybrid work options if your manager is cool with it, especially for roles like a Production Planner. Being in the São Paulo office sometimes helps with coordination, but I've had a decent amount of leeway with my schedule. It's not rigid 9-5 every day.
Cons: True remote work isn't really a thing here; it's mostly an onsite work culture for most of the pulp and paper industry roles.
