Social Media Manager

Okay flexibility, but sometimes it's a stretch.
Pros: I've mostly worked a hybrid model here, which is decent. For my Social Media Manager role, being able to WFH a few days helps. It's good for appointment flexibility.
Cons: Sometimes the flexibility for digital content creation roles isn't truly there. You often have to be online during peak engagement times. It can mess with your personal plans.
Advice to Management: Try to provide more clarity on expectations for 'flexible' hours, especially for digital content teams.

Okay for a bit, but job security is a concern
Pros: It's cool working in the digital content creation industry, you get to see how things trend. As a Software Engineer, I got to work on some interesting platform features. The remote work setup here is pretty solid, offering good flexibility.
Cons: Job security at this media startup feels a bit shaky. There's constant restructuring and project pivots, which makes you wonder about layoffs. It's tough to plan your career when things change so fast.
Advice to Management: Try to provide more stability for employees. Clearer long-term vision and less frequent team changes would really help with morale and retention. Investing in talent means providing a secure environment.
