Pros: As a Marketing Coordinator, I had some decent WFH options, especially if my projects were solo. It's nice not being in the Los Angeles office every single day, which helps with the commute sometimes. The team generally tries to accommodate personal appointments when you ask ahead.
Cons: True hybrid work isn't really a thing for most. You're expected to be onsite most days, and it's even tougher for roles in operations or the warehouse. Don't expect to be fully remote if you join this skincare brand, even if your specific tasks could allow it.
Advice to Management: Consider expanding hybrid work options for more roles. It would really help with employee morale and reduce burnout in our busy K-beauty industry.

Pros: The marketing team is super collaborative and friendly here. It's a startup environment, so you get to wear a lot of hats in digital marketing and learn fast. The WFH flexibility for our LA office was a big plus.
Cons: The company culture feels a bit cliquey outside of individual teams. There's not much transparency from upper management. Sometimes it feels like there isn't a clear vision for our beauty industry strategy.
Advice to Management: Focus on building a more cohesive company culture across departments. Better transparency from leadership would help a lot.
