Marketing Coordinator
3.1

Ambev culture is fast-paced, sometimes tough.
Pros: I've learned a ton as a Marketing Coordinator here. There's a strong team spirit, especially within our product teams in the São Paulo office. It's a real competitive environment in the beverage industry, but we do celebrate wins.
Cons: Honestly, the pressure is really high in this big corporate company. It means long hours, which really strains work-life balance. Sometimes, the company culture feels a bit too cutthroat and less collaborative than I'd like.
Advice to Management: Management should really work on balancing the high-pressure sales culture with better employee well-being initiatives. A more flexible hybrid work model would help a lot.

Job security is a mixed bag here
Pros: You're part of a massive company. Ambev is a major player in the consumer goods market, so there's always demand for our products. This can feel secure, especially when hitting targets as a sales representative in the São Paulo office.
Cons: Job security can really depend on hitting aggressive sales targets in this onsite role. It's tough when the market shifts, and there's constant pressure on your performance as a sales representative. There's always a worry about team restructures or downsizing, which keeps you on edge.
Advice to Management: Focus more on employee retention and clear communication regarding restructuring. Support teams better to hit targets, reducing the constant fear of job loss due to market fluctuations.

Hard work, decent growth for sales roles
Pros: You can definitely move up if you hit your numbers as a Sales Representative. There's a solid structure for learning the beverage industry, which is good for your resume. It's a big corporate company, so there are paths, just gotta fight for them.
Cons: Getting promoted here is tough because the internal competition is fierce. Sometimes, you feel stuck in the same role, even in the São Paulo office. It can be frustrating when you want more challenges faster.
Advice to Management: Try to create clearer, more transparent growth paths for employees, especially in competitive sales roles. More structured feedback on career progression would also help.

Leadership can be a mixed bag here
Pros: Some of the senior leaders in the beverage industry really know their stuff. You can learn a lot if you're proactive. It's good for building a solid network.
Cons: Leadership often pushes for results without enough support. The constant pressure makes work-life balance really hard for Brand Manager roles. There's not much room for independent decision-making.
Advice to Management: Try to empower your Brand Managers more. Less micromanagement would go a long way. Support teams better to prevent burnout in this competitive beverage industry.
