Decent flexibility if you perform well
Pros: The hybrid model is okay for Technical Recruiters. You can get a couple of remote work days if your metrics are solid. It's nice to have some WFH options for personal tasks.
Cons: True work flexibility really depends on your direct manager. It's not always easy to adjust your schedule, especially in client-facing roles. The office presence can feel a bit strict for a modern tech staffing firm.
Advice to Management: Consider trusting employees more with genuine remote work options. Not every role in the Dallas office needs constant oversight, especially within a recruitment agency.

Decent Team, But Culture Needs Work
Pros: The best part is definitely the people. My fellow Technical Recruiters in the Atlanta office were super supportive, especially when I was new. We had some fun team events which helped build camaraderie within our hybrid model.
Cons: The staffing agency culture itself can be tough. It feels very sales-driven, which means high pressure sometimes. There's not always a strong work-life balance, impacting the overall vibe.
Advice to Management: Try to foster a more inclusive culture across all teams, not just within individual pods. It'd be good to recognize efforts beyond just hitting sales numbers and encourage a healthier work-life balance.

Leadership is a bit hit or miss
Pros: My direct team and manager were solid. As a Recruitment Consultant, I had a good amount of autonomy to manage my own book of business. The compensation model was pretty fair for the staffing industry.
Cons: Upper leadership felt pretty disconnected from the daily grind for us on the phones. There's not always a clear vision for growth, especially with new market strategies. The WFH policy felt really inconsistent depending on your team.
Advice to Management: Listen more to the sales teams and consultants on the ground. Make sure there's clear, consistent communication from the top down. Also, solidify and communicate a fair WFH policy for everyone.
