Client Relations Officer

Leadership has good intentions, needs execution
Pros: The company is truly focused on physical gold and silver, which is cool if you're into the precious metals industry. Leadership has a strong vision for the future, especially our online platform and storage solutions for clients. They're dedicated.
Cons: For a Client Relations Officer, it's tough when management changes direction often without much explanation. There isn't a lot of feedback or clear guidance from the top at the Singapore office. It feels a bit disjointed sometimes.
Advice to Management: Work on providing more consistent direction and better internal communication. Team leads need more authority to make quick decisions for Client Relations roles.

Good learning, tough on work-life balance
Pros: The team in the Singapore office is generally helpful and you learn a lot about the precious metals industry really quickly. It's a solid place to gain experience if you're new to the sector.
Cons: The work-life balance isn't great, honestly. Long hours are common for client services roles, especially with international clients. It's hard to switch off, even when you're working onsite.
Advice to Management: Try to implement better staffing models so existing Client Services Associates don't get burnt out. More breaks or staggered shifts could really help improve the work-life balance.

Customer Service Representative

Decent start, but job security is a concern.
Pros: I learned a ton about the precious metals market, which was great for my career. The team in the Singapore office is pretty friendly, and it's a good place to start in bullion trading if you're keen.
Cons: Job security isn't strong here, especially as a Customer Service Representative. There's always a feeling that things could change quickly, which makes it tough to plan ahead.
Advice to Management: Work on improving employee retention and clearly communicate future plans to reduce uncertainty. A stable team would really help with customer satisfaction too.
