Pros: The team, especially in the design department, is super collaborative. You learn a ton fast, which is a big plus for early career game development roles. The hybrid work model is also nice.
Cons: Job security feels really shaky here. Frequent reorgs and some rumors about project cancellations make it tough to feel settled, particularly for a mid-sized studio. I've seen a few unexpected departures.
Advice to Management: Be more transparent about project health and the company's long-term vision. It would help ease employee anxieties about job security for those in our Austin, TX office and beyond.
