Leadership needs to listen more, honestly

Pros: My immediate team leads in the Durham, NC office were usually pretty solid, especially for entry-level game testing. They really understood the day-to-day grind and were approachable. There's good camaraderie among the fellow Quality Assurance Testers.
Cons: Upper leadership often feels disconnected from the actual production floor. It's tough to get clear direction, and decisions sometimes don't make sense for the video game industry's fast pace. There's not much transparency.
Advice to Management: Try to connect more with the onsite teams. Get feedback from Quality Assurance Testers and show how that feedback is used. More transparency on company direction would help everyone. Show more
