Pros: My direct manager was actually pretty good. They offered solid technical guidance, which is key for a Software Engineer role. The hybrid work model does offer some flexibility too.
Cons: Upper leadership can be a real struggle. There's not enough transparency in their decisions, and it feels very top-down. As a remote employee based in Atlanta, I often felt my voice wasn't heard by the folks at the top.
Advice to Management: Try to engage more with employees at all levels, especially those working remotely. Be more open about big company decisions; it builds trust.
