Job Summary

The Billing Administrative Assistant supports the billing team with the day-to-day tasks of the department.

Position Description

  • Research and prepare reports
  • Prepare and send invoices to clients
  • Filing and Scanning
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Organizes workload to ensure follow-through, accuracy and timely responses
  • Perform other duties as requested

Qualifications

  • Reliable team player and self-starter
  • Ability to prioritize and complete requested tasks
  • Professional phone/email etiquette
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Law firm A/R experience preferred but not required
  • Proficient in Excel and Office 365 applications
