Decent place, but work-life balance is a struggle
Pros: You learn a lot really fast, especially with various digital advertising campaigns. The team in the New York office is super collaborative. We also have a decent hybrid model, so some WFH days help.
Cons: Work-life balance as a Digital Marketing Specialist can be tough, especially around client deliverables. There's pressure to hit aggressive performance marketing goals, which means late nights often. It's not a 40-hour week consistently here.
Advice to Management: Try to manage client expectations better to reduce the crunch for marketing roles. More resources or better project planning could really help with workload distribution.
