Pros: They usually have a steady pipeline of IT services projects. As a Software Engineer, I've felt pretty secure. There aren't often mass layoffs here, which is a good thing.
Cons: Sometimes job security feels really tied to specific project cycles. For us in backend development roles, it can get a bit nerve-wracking when a big client contract ends. There's not always a clear path to move to new projects internally in the Hyderabad office.
Advice to Management: Try to communicate project pipelines more clearly. Also, creating clearer internal transfer or re-skilling programs would help address job security concerns when projects wrap up.
