Pros: You learn a ton, especially in the competitive agrochemical industry. The team at the Shanghai office is pretty solid, and there's good support for big deals.
Cons: Work-life balance here is pretty tough for Sales Manager roles. Expect really long hours, often working past 7 PM. Onsite work is standard, and it's hard to switch off.
Advice to Management: Try to set more realistic sales targets. Burnout is a real issue for many of us.
