Logistics Coordinator

Decent place, but flexibility needs work.

Pros: The team in the Kuala Lumpur office is really supportive, which helps when things get hectic. You get a good sense of job security here. They're pretty solid with benefits for the trading industry too.
Cons: Work flexibility isn't great, especially for Logistics Coordinator roles. There's almost no WFH option, which feels super outdated. Hours can be long and it's mostly onsite, not hybrid.
Advice to Management: Consider introducing more hybrid work options for Logistics Coordinator and similar roles. It would really boost morale and align with modern work practices. Show more
