Pros: You learn so much in this global corporate setting. My team in the Hong Kong office was really supportive; that helps when you're slammed. It's cool to see product development from the inside.
Cons: Work-life balance is pretty rough for an Operations Coordinator here. You'll often work 10-12 hour days, common in beauty manufacturing. WFH just isn't an option for most of us onsite roles.
Advice to Management: Try to better manage project loads for operations teams. More staff or clearer priorities could really help improve employee wellbeing and reduce burnout.
