Cons: There's not much work flexibility here, which is tough. As a Retail Sales Associate, getting time off or swapping shifts can be a real headache. They really push you for full-time onsite work in the mobile retail stores, no remote options at all.
Advice to Management: Try to offer a bit more flexibility or at least make the shift-swapping process easier for your frontline retail staff. It would really boost morale and help with employee retention.
