For the past 20 years, we have had the privilege of working with the most well-known and respected hotel operators and owners around the Middle East and Asia regions. Our list of prestigious clients extends to Shangri-La, Accor; Sofitel and Fairmont, Hilton, Intercontinental, Langham, Ritz Carlton, and Hyatt among a few others. We provide our clients with a wealth of design and technical expertise, and with each and every project we aim to create a tailored and memorable guest experience. We are known for unique individual concepts, each with a strong narrative, distinctive, theatrical and operationally sound, many of which have been award winning.

Our approach is a journey with our client and begins with research to conceive unique, immersive and innovative interiors. In addition to our creative expertise and aspirations, we always strive to execute our projects on time and within the parameters of our client’s budget, and with sustainability at the core.

We are committed to design with a strong sense of place and time, and our work demonstrates a passion for cultural engagement, rich in texture and material aesthetic. We combine this with sophisticated contemporary design and an extensive knowledge and experience of the Hospitality, Food and Beverage, and Spa industry. We compliment our Interior Design skills with a strong sense of Branding & Styling, creating strong brand identities, and product manuals.

Culture's shifting, used to be better
Pros: I really liked my immediate team. We collaborated well on many design projects. There's a solid creative energy that's good for a UI/UX Designer starting out. Occasional team lunches were a nice touch.
Cons: Lately, the company culture feels less open. Communication from leadership isn't great, which is a big issue for a creative team. There's a lot more micromanagement, which really drains the creative spirit for us in the San Francisco office.
Advice to Management: Focus on transparent communication. Trust your designers more to deliver great work. Let the creative teams do their jobs without so much oversight. Bring back the positive energy we used to have within the agency.
