Pros: The team here is super collaborative. As a Graphic Designer, I've always felt supported by my peers. We work on cool projects in digital marketing; it's a pretty open environment for new ideas.
Cons: Lately, the company culture feels a bit off. There's more pressure to hit tight deadlines, which impacts our WFH flexibility. Leadership doesn't always seem to get it; it's tough when they don't value work-life balance for creative roles.
Advice to Management: Really listen to your design and marketing teams. Employee well-being needs to be a priority. Promote better work-life balance for all roles.
