Decisions felt sudden, which was tough for those of us trying to manage inventory and production for the meal prep service. There's high turnover, and it felt like upper management didn't always get what it was like for an onsite Operations Associate.
Advice to Management: Top leadership needs to listen more to their front-line employees. Get a better handle on communication and roll out changes more thoughtfully. It'd really help retention for roles like Operations Associate and build more trust.
