Okay for Sales, Less So for Growth
Pros: I've learned a lot about the catering industry as an Account Manager. It's a startup, so you get to wear many hats and pick up skills fast. The work-from-home flexibility is also really good.
Cons: There isn't much room for career growth. Promotion paths aren't clear, especially for remote sales roles. You can feel stuck after a year or so, without a clear next step in the company.
Advice to Management: Establish clear career paths for employees. Provide more mentorship opportunities, especially for those in remote roles. It would really help with retention and overall employee morale.
