Pros: The team here is really supportive. As a Graphic Designer, I've enjoyed working on diverse creative design projects. The hybrid work model at the Los Angeles office is a definite plus for my commute.
Cons: Sometimes the company culture feels a bit cliquey. There's not much formal team building, which makes it tough for new hires to integrate. Management could improve communication about company direction.
