Pros: OttoDigital Group offers a pretty solid health benefits package, which is great. The 401k match is decent, especially for a smaller tech company. For me, as a Junior Data Analyst, the entry-level salary was competitive in the digital marketing industry.
Cons: Pay raises aren't super frequent, and they're usually pretty small. It's tough to see significant salary growth here after your first year. Also, bonus structures aren't really a thing for most roles under a hybrid work model, which can be a bummer.
Advice to Management: Review salary progression and offer clearer paths for significant pay increases for long-term employees. Consider a more structured bonus program.
