Pros: Job security is a real plus here at PKF Hadiwinata. As a Junior Auditor, I always felt pretty safe, which is great in the financial consulting world. They have a solid client base, so you don't worry about layoffs much.
Cons: Career growth can be a bit slow, especially moving up from a Junior Auditor role. It took a while to get recognized for promotion. Work-life balance during busy periods, which is common in the auditing industry, was also tough.
Advice to Management: Try to make career progression clearer for roles like Junior Auditor. Also, look at managing those super intense busy seasons better.
