Cons: Sometimes, the approval processes can feel a bit slow, which can occasionally delay project timelines. Also, while there are growth opportunities, career progression for junior roles seems a little slower than I expected. It'd be great to see more structured paths for promotions earlier on.

Pros: For Business Analyst roles, there's usually some project pipeline. If you're flexible, you can typically find something to jump on within the tech consulting industry. They don't just lay people off without trying to redeploy them.
Cons: Project-based work means your role isn't always permanent. Client contracts can end abruptly, leaving you in a bit of limbo sometimes. There's a lot of internal competition for good, stable projects in the Jakarta office.
Advice to Management: Try to secure more long-term client contracts to provide better stability for consultants. Clearer communication about the project pipeline and future roles would really help ease concerns.
