Pros: The best part about working at Arya Noble is definitely the learning curve. As a Business Analyst in the investment and consumer goods industry, I've had exposure to so many interesting projects and different business units. Colleagues are supportive and collaborative, making it easy to integrate. There's a strong emphasis on professional development, and the overall company culture promotes a healthy work-life balance most of the time. The Jakarta office provides a good environment.
Cons: One area that could see improvement is the speed of internal promotion processes; sometimes it feels a bit slow. Also, communication across very diverse business units can sometimes be a challenge, leading to occasional delays in approvals. While work-life balance is generally good, there are definitely periods, especially during peak project cycles, where things get quite intense and overtime is expected.

Pros: The team here is truly supportive, which helps a lot when things get hectic. You learn a ton about the beauty and wellness industry, which is exciting. The corporate environment at the Jakarta office feels professional and organized.
Cons: Work-life balance is pretty tough, especially for us in FMCG marketing roles. Expect to put in a lot of extra hours, sometimes even on weekends. The hybrid work setup doesn't always mean more flexibility when deadlines hit hard.
Advice to Management: Try to better manage workloads, especially for teams working on brand and marketing initiatives. Prioritizing employee well-being more effectively could help reduce burnout.

Pros: I've really enjoyed my time as a Marketing Specialist here. The team is incredibly collaborative and supportive, which makes tackling big projects much easier. There are always opportunities to learn new skills, especially in digital marketing and e-commerce, which is great for career development. Plus, the hybrid work setup offers a good balance, letting me be productive both from home and the office in Jakarta.
Cons: While leadership is generally good, I've noticed that communication between departments could be smoother sometimes. It feels like approvals can take a bit longer than necessary, especially when you're on a tight deadline for a new product launch. Career progression also seems a little slow, which is something I hope improves over time for us marketing professionals.
Advice to Management: Focus on streamlining inter-departmental communication and approval processes to help teams move faster, especially for urgent projects. Also, clarify career pathing for roles like Marketing Specialist.
