Pros: The local team, especially fellow Production Coordinators, are really supportive. There's a strong sense of camaraderie working onsite in the Ho Chi Minh City office. We often help each other out with tight deadlines in apparel manufacturing.
Cons: Decision-making often feels slow due to the large corporate structure. It's tough to implement new ideas without lots of approvals from higher-ups, which impacts local company culture. Sometimes, it feels like the Vietnam office just executes.
Advice to Management: Empower local leadership more. Trust the Ho Chi Minh City teams to make decisions faster for specific market needs. It would really boost morale and innovation.

Pros: You get to learn a lot, especially if you're new to the digital marketing industry. There's a lot of exposure to big projects and you work with some smart people. It's a good place to build your resume.
Cons: Work-life balance here is pretty bad for the Ho Chi Minh City office. Expect to work past 7 PM most nights, and sometimes weekends too. It's tough to make plans outside of work when your schedule is so unpredictable.
Advice to Management: Management needs to seriously look at staffing levels and project deadlines. There's too much pressure on individual contributors, especially in the marketing teams. Encourage actual 40-hour work weeks to prevent burnout.
