Pros: I've had some really good teammates as a Software Engineer here. People are generally helpful, and the remote work setup is solid. We work well together in our immediate data analytics squads.
Cons: The company culture feels a lot less cohesive than it used to. It's tough to really connect with people outside your core team. Sometimes decisions from the top feel out of touch with the actual engineering work.
Advice to Management: Try to foster more cross-team interaction. Get more input from the individual contributors on project direction; it'd really help morale.
