Cons: Is leadership strong here? Sometimes it feels like there's a disconnect between upper management's vision and daily execution. For us Software Engineer roles, this meant shifting priorities and less clear communication on project timelines, which was tough.
Advice to Management: Bridge the gap between strategic vision and day-to-day operations. Improve communication down to the individual contributor level, especially regarding roadmap changes for engineering teams.
