We definitely have some very busy periods, especially during peak season or large events, which can impact work-life balance a bit. Also, while there are career growth paths, sometimes internal promotion can feel a little slow depending on the department or specific hotel location. It's not a deal-breaker, but something to be aware of if you're looking for rapid advancement.

Cons: True work flexibility is hard to come by for onsite work like ours. You're usually stuck to your set schedule in the Miami, FL hotel. Don't expect to work remote; it's not that kind of corporate hotel chain job.
