Steady Work, Zero Work Flexibility

Pros: You get a really steady schedule here as a Production Supervisor. It's an onsite role in food processing, so you always know your fixed hours, which is good for personal planning sometimes.
Cons: There's almost no work flexibility; don't expect hybrid or WFH options for production roles. It can be tough if you have personal appointments or emergencies outside of fixed hours in the Shah Alam office.
Advice to Management: Consider how you can offer even a little more flexibility, maybe for non-production staff or with emergency leave options for onsite manufacturing roles. It would help with morale. Show more
