Long Hours for Service Engineers, Okay Pay
Pros: The team at Elite Elevators Sdn Bhd is really solid. I learned a lot about the latest in vertical transport technology here. They offer decent medical benefits too, which is a plus.
Cons: Work-life balance is a real struggle for Service Engineers. Expect many long hours and frequent weekend shifts, especially for maintenance duties. It's an onsite role in Kuala Lumpur, so flexibility isn't really an option.
Advice to Management: Management should really look at staffing levels, especially for the service and maintenance teams. Reducing on-call frequency and long shifts would make a huge difference for employee morale and retention.
