Okay for Starting Out in Financial Advisory

Pros: For a junior financial analyst, you get hands-on experience quickly. You'll work on real corporate finance projects in the Kuala Lumpur office. It's good exposure to various client industries, which is a solid plus.
Cons: Career growth here can feel pretty slow. There's not a clear path for advancement, and promotions aren't very frequent. Sometimes it feels like you're stuck in the same support role for too long without new challenges.
Advice to Management: Establish clearer career paths and promotion criteria for junior staff. Invest more in professional development beyond just on-the-job learning. It would help with retention. Show more
