Pros: As a Marketing Coordinator in the Chicago office, my base salary was competitive for a mid-sized agency. They do offer a small annual bonus which is a nice perk. The 401k match is pretty standard and easy to set up.
Cons: The health insurance plans aren't great; high deductibles make it tough. There aren't many extra perks or unique benefits beyond the basics. Dental and vision coverage could definitely be better too.
